SLEEP TOKEN Is So Unpopular That They Sold Out Wembley Arena In 10 Minutes

Sleep Token is on track to becoming one of the next big things.

Sleep Token Money

Sleep Token is slowly becoming one of those bands that folks on the Internet claim to "hate," yet only seem to be growing in popularity.

Sleep Token announced their biggest show to date for December 16 at the 12,500 capacity OVO Arena Wembley earlier this week, with tickets going on sale this past Thursday. All the tickets (10,000 according to Sleep Token) sold out in literally 10 minutes, proving once again that maybe the Internet isn't the best barometer for judging popularity.

"All ten thousand tickets for the Wembley Ritual have been swiftly and feverishly depleted, within ten minutes of general release today," wrote Sleep Token of the show. "Your dedication is noted, and appreciated. Come December, we shall gather. Worship."

Sleep Token released their new record Take Me Back To Eden last Friday. The album landed at No. 16 on the Billboard 200 chart with 16,000 units sold, which isn't too surprising given the viral nature of Take Me Back To Eden's singles on Spotify. I also like to believe that the fart story helped 'em out, too.
