In December 2015, Thy Art Is Murder vocalist CJ McMahon quit the band due to personal problems and finances. The group got Molotov Solution's vocalist to fill in live, at least until McMahon came back in 2017 and the band even recorded a brand new, incredibly heavy track as a "welcome back."
Thy Art Is Murder recorded a new album with McMahon back in February, and now the band has two separate announcements – the album is completely and totally finished, and they're touring North America with Decapitated, Fallujah, and Ghost Bath soon! No word on when the release is coming, but if it's all mixed and mastered, I'd venture to guess this summer.
