Tim Lambesis pleaded guilty to one count of  solicitation of another to commit murder back in February and we were all awaiting today's sentencing trial, which could lead to a maximum of 9 years in prison and a $10,000 penalty.
In a posting a few weeks ago by Lambesis, made to seem as if it was written by the whole band, Lambesis made it clear that he was not going to serve the full nine year sentence.
Lambgoat was once again in the court room today, and much like with many previous hearings in the case, it was delayed. Scheduling should take place on May 16th but could of course be delayed once more. No word on what caused the delay this time.
Meanwhile, his former bandmates have formed a new project, Wovenwar.
