Whitechapel has officially announced Alex Rüdinger as their new full time drummer. Rüdinger drummed on the upcoming record Kin and has been filling in with the band live since 2019. So basically the dude's been in the band, just not officially.
"Over the past few years our good friend Alex Rudinger has been filling in the drumming spot for live shows, and we figured what better time than now to welcome him as an official member after his stellar performance on our new album Kin," said Whitechapel.
"Give him a warm welcome!"
Rüdinger replaces drummer Ben Harclerode, who left in 2017.
