It looks like Babymetal is disappearing on October 10. According to an announcement from the band, they'll disappear once all 10 chapters of Metal Resistance have wrapped up, and will be gone for an unspecified period of time.
It's probably safe to assume this is a Ghost-type situation where the band will go away and come back as something new, but who knows – details are scarce.
