SLIPKNOT Announces 25th Anniversary European Tour

Bleed From Within is the opener.

Slipknot

Slipknot is expanding their touring plans for 2024 with a 25th anniversary tour of Europe in December. All dates will be opened by Bleed From Within. The tour is also called Here Comes The Pain, which is a reference to their 1999 track "(sic)". So who knows if the band is planning on playing their whole self-titled debut album or what.

"It has been 25 years since we first played on the continent, and we've been back ever since. The memories I have from all those times are life-changing, and we're ready to make more," said Slipknot co-founder and percussionist M. Shawn "Clown" Crahan. "I'm so excited to bring our 25-year anniversary tour to Europe and the U.K. Be prepared for an energy you've never experienced before. It's happening."

Of course the big question here is who's gonna drum for Slipknot. The band now has December plans and an appearance at Sick New World this upcoming May, but they haven't announced a replacement for the recently-fired drummer Jay Weinberg.

I guess we'll find out all that and more soon enough. Get your tickets here.
