So a little while back we showed you that After The Burial had re-tracked a song off their Forging a Future Self album. Apparently there'll be two more songs re-tracked off that album and issued as an EP. Hooray!
After the Burial will be putting out their This Life Is All We Have EP on April 30, which will consist of re-recorded versions of “A Steady Decline", “Fingers Like Daggers” and “Redeeming The Wretched", which previously appeared on their Forging A Future Self album.
It'll be cool to hear those songs in a much better light than the original mixes, especially since Terry Date (Deftones, Pantera) produced them. At least we know that “A Steady Decline" will be sick, given that it's been released on YouTube! Beyond that, good on them for giving the fans what they want in the interim between In Dreams and whatever the new album will be called. Nice to see bands giving a shit.
