Back in July, August Burns Red vocalist Jake Luhrs said the band was working on writing a new album. Luhrs said the writing for the new album was "real aggressive and heavy, but I think there's a lot of cool, different dynamics… The direction that the band is going as far as the songwriters is really kind of cool, and I think it's going to be a little bit more [focused on] the ability to digest the music."
Now it seems as though the band is in the studio recording that very record. The August Burns Red Instagram page has a big ol' picture that just says LP8 with the text "It has begun…#NewABR." So get yourselves prepared.
