It'll have been eight years since Abrahadabra in 2018, but Dimmu Borgir absolutely promises that there will be a new album. The band also promised a new album in 2017 but this time it seems like they're actually going to keep that promise! Dimmu Borgir has announced a new 7" called Interdimensional Summit for February 23, which features a new song of the same name and a live performance of "Puritania" recorded in Oslo, Norway.
Still no word on the new album, but Blabbermouth claims it's coming in Spring 2018. Here's hoping they stream the new song sooner rather than later… because I need that in my life. You can pre-order Interdimensional Summit here.
