Gridlink is officially working on the follow-up to their 2014 grindcore masterpiece Longhena. According to vocalist Jon Chang on Instagram (and a previous Facebook post), the new record seems to be titled Coronet Juniper and is due out sometime in 2023. This is especially good news considering Longhena was marketed as the final Gridlink record, which sucked considering how insanely good it is.
As of 2014, Gridlink was Chang (No One Knows What the Dead Think, ex-Discordance Axis), guitarists Takafumi Matsubara (Retortion Terror, Takafumi Matsubara) and Steve Procopio (ex-Discordance Axis, ex-Human Remains), and drummer Bryan Fajardo (Cognizant, Noisear). And seriously, you need to go listen to Longhena right now.
