Iced Earth has been doing some seriously excellent work with ex-Into Eternity vocalist Stu Block since 2011 and the band seems to want to continue that streak in 2016! In an interview with Pure Grain Audio, Block and founding guitarist Jon Schaffer state that a new album, possibly titled The Judas Goat, will be out later in 2016.
Schaffer says the album "is rife with intense and heavy emotions," though isn't that what we've all come to know and love Iced Earth for over the years? In a separate-but-related Facebook post, the band says information regarding the album will be available soon.
