In what may be the most awkward interview you've seen in a long time, Marilyn Manson finally spills the goods on his new album. He tells Fabulous TV that he just finished up his new album, titled Heaven Upside Down and not SAY10 as we'd once thought, and he says that he'll be touring the record in July.
It seems safe to assume that he's releasing an album titled Heaven Upside Down and not SAY10, though maybe there's two albums in the can right now? Either way, Manson has been teasing it all very creepily on his Instagram.
