Megadeth is in store for what seems to be a pretty big 2018. Frontman Dave Mustaine recently said he might bring back Gigantour for the first time since 2018, and now he's talking about getting in the studio for a new album.
This will be the band's first album with ex-Soilwork drummer Dirk Verbeuren, who officially has taken the place of Shawn Drover. Drover left in 2014 and was replaced by Lamb Of God's Chris Adler in the studio for Dystopia, but Adler was never an official member of the band.
Megadeth may also have a remixed and remastered version of 1985's Killing Is My Business… and Business Is Good! up its sleeve, but that has yet to be seen.
I work in the studio all the time. Do yo mean for the new record? That will be prolly the mid of 18. https://t.co/H0wUhlbg0h
