You might have heard that some stupid local band named Metallica is releasing an album called Hardwired To Self Destruct on Friday. The album will be the band's first in eight years, and if you've been living under a rock for the past few months, I'd venture to say that it's going to be a pretty big deal.
So on Thursday night at midnight, select record stores across the United States will be open to sell the album! There will be limited edition items being given away and prizes to be won, but only at the stores listed on the band's website.
The same events will be taking places another stores during regular business hours on Friday as well, and you can find that list right next to aforementioned list on Metallica's website.
