Nile has been working on the followup to 2015's What Should Not Be Unearthed for a little while now, and drummer George Kollias is happy to report that the album is done. That means it's recorded, mixed, mastered, and ready to be unleashed to the world. Kollias' statement doesn't give a timeframe on when we can expect to hear it, but he sure as hell says how great he thinks it is.
Listening to the new album mixed/mastered as i type, i cannot find the words to tell you how fucking great this album sounds!!! Mark Lewis nailed it, best production we ever had!!!! Prepare for this release, this album is a classic one…..mark my words!! #nileband #newalbum2019
Nile's new album will be their first with guitarist Brian Kingsland (Enthean), who replaced longtime guitarist Dallas Toler-Wade. Toler-Wade left in 2017 and has only not played on Nile's 1998 debut album Amongst the Catacombs of Nephren-Ka.
