NILE Is Flying To Greece To Begin Recording A New Album

Out 2019, obviously.

Out 2019, obviously.

Nile has spent a good amount of time in 2017 and 2018 writing a brand new album with the promise that it would be out sometime next year. Frontman Karl Sanders has now taken to Facebook to announce Nile is headed to the airport to begin tracking the drums for the new album in Greece, where drummer George Kollias resides.

The new Nile album is also the first with new guitarist Brian Kingsland, who replaces Dallas Toler-Wade. Toler-Wade, who joined Nile in 1997, left the band in 2017 and has intentionally kept his reasons for why he left largely to himself.
