The Number Twelve Looks Like You was active from 2002 up to its hiatus in 2010. Earlier this year, the band got back together for a surprise reunion show and hinted at some further activity. Now the New Jersey mathcore unit has announced it's absolutely back together, will play a hometown show in December, and new music is definitely on the way!
Original vocalist Jesse Korman and guitarist Alexis Pareja will be a part of the reunion, and new bassist DJ Scully and drummer Michael Kadnar will round the lineup out. You might know both of those names from Black Table, and Kadnar as the drummer of Downfall Of Gaia.
Here's what Pareja had to say via the band's Facebook.
"The roots of this band are stronger than ever and we are ready to blaze trails with new seeds of music for everyone to harvest. We are looking forward to harnessing that energy together with long time fans, those who never got to see us, and curious newcomers. Come unite with us in this unhinged celebration of chaos!"
The Number Twelve Looks Like You will play House Of Independents in Asbury Park, NJ, on December 10. Tickets are available here, and new Number Twelve merchandise is available here.
