Behemoth recently wrapped up recording sessions with producer Daniel Bergstrand (Dimmu Borgir, Meshuggah) and will soon embark on Slayer's farewell tour with Lamb of God, Anthrax, and Testament. It stands to reason that the new album will probably be out around that time, though just in case the hype wasn't real enough already, you can hear the live performance of a new song called "Wolves Ov Siberia" from Pulp Summer Slam 18 in the Philippines right now.
The track is three minutes, never once lets up, and is just classic Behemoth-esque black metal through and through. The song also sounds like a stripped down version of something that could've been on The Satanist, and maybe there's more to it then we hear in this video – this could very well be a stripped down version of whatever will appear on the album.
Still no official word on the new album's title or release date, but Behemoth did just release a brand new live album and DVD called Messe Noire. So definitely go check that out while you wait, lest you want to just go completely insane with anticipation.
