EDDIE VEDDER Ejected A Fan Who Punched Someone For Filming During PEARL JAM's Recent Show

"Quit hitting him — you're out of here. Violence is not allowed."

We've all had that one person in front of us that films the entire show on their phone. It's annoying as hell, but not exactly annoying to the point where violence is the answer. Unfortunately during a Pearl Jam show at the Hallenstadion in Zurich, things did get briefly violent for that exact reason. Pearl Jam vocalist Eddie Vedder saw the whole thing and had the woman rightfully ejected. Check out the footage below courtesy of NME.

"Turn the lights on, please," said Vedder after witnessing the incident. "Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey – I saw the whole thing, I know, it was annoying you. You were bummed out 'cause he was filming the whole time.

"Has it been the whole show or just now? Just now when I came over? Was it the whole time? Yeah, you're filming everyone. The thing is, I know it upset you, but you can't fuckin' hit him in the back of head either, even though you're a woman. I appreciate the fact that you can be strong. Quit hitting him — you're out of here. Violence is not allowed."
