Dave Grohl is the coolest MF'er in the music business right now. This past  Saturday night at the Fox Theater in Oakland, as part of the Notes & Words event, to raise money for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals, which notes its "the world-renowned pediatric specialists at our Oakland and San Francisco campuses deliver hope and healing to children throughout the Bay Area and around the globe." The hospital holds events to raise funds to help pay for children without access to health insurance who need medical assistance.
Grohl was the featured guest at the latest event and brought his kids to perform with him. His daughter Violet helped him perform Adele's "When We Were Young," which you can see above. Grohl noted the last time they performed the track was during his daughter's fourth grade talent show. In a second performance, the two Grohls are joined by Dave's other daughter Harper who helps sing the Foo Fighters' hit "The Sky Is a Neighborhood." Watch that below.
Grohl also performed a handful of other acoustic tunes including "Everlong," "Learn to Fly," "Times Like These," Cold Day In the Sun," "Best of You" and "My Hero"
