Mr. Bungle existed from 1985 to 2000, at which point the band went on hiatus until frontman Mike Patton said they had broken up in 2004. Patton took the stage recently in Modena, Italy with Uri Caine to perform a duet concert called Forgotten Songs, one of which is a Mr. Bungle classic. Patton and Caine played Mr. Bungle's 1999 track "Retrovertigo" and the crowd clearly remembers it well!
Now if we could just get a Mr. Bungle reunion…
