OPETH Bassist Discusses Low-Tuning, Bass Recording Of Sorceress

5-strings, ahoy!

Opeth bassist Martin Mendez discusses recording the band's newest album, Sorceress, due out September 30 via Moderbolaget Records/Nuclear Blast Entertainment. Mendez says the record was a lot of fun to record, and also touches on the fact that there are some downtuned bits in there, one of which you can hear off the album's lead single.
