Guilhem Desq has decided that Pantera's "Cowboys From Hell" is fine as it is, but would probably be better on both hurdy gurdy and drums. Specifically a version played on both at the same time by the same person. The result is equal parts impressive and awesome. Check out Desq's channel here.
