It's been six years since Pig Destroyer's 2012 album Book Burner and there have been some changes. Not only has the band recruited its first-ever bassist John Jarvis, but they've changed their sound up a bit. Book Burner was 19 tracks of crusty punk grind while Head Cage is only 12 songs of much more elaborate heaviness.
