Within Temptation released their new record Resist on February 1, and now they're back with a music video for the song "Supernova." The song's video was directed by Set Vexy and vocalist Sharon Den Adel says the song itself is for her father, who passed in 2018.
"I wrote this song for my dad. He died last year in April. It's about the fact, when somebody passes away, you hope they'll give you a sign that they're okay. This song is about you hoping to see this 'supernova,' this super-bright star. This super glow, like a sign from this afterlife."
