Devin Townsend revealed on January 31 that he'd be putting Devin Townsend Project on hold to explore other creative venues. Townsend recently took to Twitter to clarify that "People ask me what I’m working on and the truth is, I’m not. I’m just spending time with friends and blowing off some steam. I’m in no rush," though he has been jamming with drummer Morgan Ågren in Sweden recently. So not exactly nothing.
Now Townsend has also revealed that he's working on a Ziltoid mobile game, and that he's working on some new Ziltoid music. Whether or not the two will go hand in hand isn't clear yet, but for a guy who claims to be not really working on anything, he sure seems to be working on things. Check out some screenshots of the game below, which only recently began development.
