France's Pro Ice Skating Team Did A Routine To DISTURBED's "The Sound Of Silence"

This song will just not go away.

This song will just not go away.

Back in 2015, Disturbed covered Simon & Garfunkel's "The Sound Of Silence," and it just keeps coming up. There's been a cheesy video, there's been a cover on Conan with a full-blown orchestra, the song was used on Dancing With The Stars, Disturbed performed it on The X Factor, and now the song has shown up in an unlikely place – the 2017 ISU World Team Trophy ice skating event in Tokyo, Japan.

France’s duo of Vanessa James and Morgan Cipres came out and skated to the song, and it's just… so odd to think Disturbed would ever be featured in an ice skating contest. There are the same guys that dominated everyone's eardrums for better or worse with "Down With The Sickness," eternally spawning horrible impressions of David Draiman's vocals!
