Phil Anselmo is trying to rebuild his image after his controversial statements this past January. We obviously did not condone them, but Anselmo has apologized numerous times, and we're trying to give him the benefit of the doubt here.
One of the most anticipated releases of the new year was from the project SCOUR, a new group with Anselmo at the front, and also featuring Pig Destroyer’s John Jarvis, Cattle Decapitation’s Derek Engemann, Animostity’s Chase Fraser and Strong Intention’s Jesse Schobel. The group released their first single today over at Decibel Magazine and it is legit as fuck:
