Ozzy Osbourne's classic tracks "Crazy Train" and "Mr. Crowley", both from Ozzy's September 20 debut album Blizzard of Ozz, have reached new certifications by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association Of America). "Crazy Train" has been certified quadruple platinum for its four million sales in the United States, while "Mr. Crowley" has been certified gold for its 500,000 sales.
Sales counted by the RIAA are a combination of traditional sales and equivalent sales, which are 150 on-demand audio and/or video streams. Blizzard of Ozz has this far reached quintuple platinum in the United States.
As for Ozzy, he'sgetting stronger every day and keeping busy, working on a few projects. There is a movie being worked on about the courtship between Ozzy and Sharon, a new paranormal series starring the whole family, and a new documentary called Biography: The Nine Lives of Ozzy Osbourne.
