Asthma Castle, the band featuring drummer Adam Jarvis (Pig Destroyer, Misery Index, Scour), the twin guitar attack of Justin Ethem (Integrity touring guitarist) and Cameron Smith (Passage Between, Crawler), vocalist Zach Westphal (ex-J. Roddy Walston And The Business), and bassist Jeff Davis (Damnation Audio effects pedals), will release their debut record Mount Crushmore on March 15.
The band blends killer retro stoner rock with some pretty funny lyrical content, and this time it's about partying while the aliens kill us all. Enter the new Asthma Castle song "Here Come The Black Ship," which the band has the following words of wisdom about.
"Listen, if aliens are advanced enough to get here, we don't stand a chance. We might as well just throw a party and welcome our annihilation. This song is about that party."
