Guitarist Wes Borland quit Limp Bizkit in 2001 and came back in 2004. During the period between, he was working on other music. One such project that failed to see the light of day was Eat the Day, the band featuring Borland, vocalist and guitarist Richard Patrick (Filter), drummer Josh Freese (The Vandals, ex-A Perfect Circle), and multi-instrumentalist Danny Lohner whose résumé includes collaborations with Nine Inch Nails, Genghis Tron, and Marilyn Manson.

Eat the Day's long-lost 2003 demo, and their only material, will finally see the light of day on April 8. Borland said the demo is about an hour long and consists of the following.

Eat The Day ‘the demos’ track-list:

dAdA
The Slow Mile
Whalephant
The Boob
Taste My Gun
Beeblicowcarapis
Nutooupa
Gunship Down
