Eye Flys, the band with Full of Hell guitarist Spencer Hazard, vocalist and guitarist Jake Smith of Backslider, bassist Kevin Bernsten of Triac, and drummer Patrick Forrest, is already back after two releases last year with a brand new EP in 2021. The band is now streaming the chunky new single "Dead Larvae" off their coming EP Exigent Circumstance, due out November 19.
"We wanted to make it a little less refined and more gross," said Smith about Exigent Circumstance. "It was a starkly different approach to the sound. We tried to make it a little noisier, more saturated, and fucked-up-sounding. I think we nailed that."
