Listen: BURN THE PRIEST's Cover Of BIG BLACK's "Kerosene" Insanely Groovy

Lamb Of God recently announced they'd be putting out a covers record called Legion: XX under their old band name Burn The Priest. The covers album will feature killer renditions of old-school tracks from bands like Melvins, S.O.D., Ministry, Cro-Mags, and a bunch more.

The band is now streaming their cover of Big Black's 1986 track "Kerosene" off their Atomizer album, which frankly is entirely more energetic, groovy, and heavier than the original. Though it's also coming out 32 years after the original, so I think Burn The Priest might have a bit more to musically draw from.

Catch Lamb Of God (not as Burn The Priest presumably) with Slayer on their farewell tour this entire summer.
