Maggot Heart, the band masterminded by ex-The Oath guitarist Linnéa Olsson, will release their new record Mercy Machine on July 10. If you're in the mood for a grimy, filthy track crusted up with distortion, then you're going to Maggot Heart's new track "Gutter Feeling."
Mercy Machine was put together by Linnéa, long-time drumming partner Uno Bruniusson, bassist Olivia Airey, and on-and-off collaborator Gottfrid Åhman at the end of 2019. The album was recorded in Stockholm, Sweden with award-winning producer Martin "Konie" Ehrencrona (Viagra Boys, In Solitude) in February, and was given artwork by Obliteration drummer Kristian Valbo.
