Stick To Your Guns is now streaming their new single "More Of Us Than Them", featuring a breakdown written by the late and great Architects guitarist Tom Searle. Searle contacted Stick To Your Guns in 2015 with a breakdown idea that he felt was "too STYG for Architects", which has fortunately seen the light of day with this new song. Searle passed away in 2016 after a three-year battle with cancer.
"In 2015, Tom Searle sent me an email that had a breakdown he had written that he thought was 'too STYG' to be used for @architects. It hasn't seen the light of day until yesterday. It already feels awesome finally releasing a song that's been finished since December 2019 but to have Tom’s hands on this song makes this one of the most special songs on the record and one of the most special STYG songs ever.
"So give it a spin, turn it up and when you get the the end of the song be sure to thank heavy music genius, Tom fucking Searle, for his contribution. Thank you so much to everyone who has listened. Through the pain, frustration, grief and anger we still dare and still struggle to invent a new world. Thank you Tom, @stygoc @architects @wzrdbld @vitalo88 @end_hits_records & @purenoiserecs.
"T//S FOREVER. REST IN POWER COMRADE."
