Stone Sour is continuing down the path of releasing old demos, now from their 2006 record Come What(ever) May. The band has now released the demo for "Made of Scars," which guitarist Josh Rand said was originally written in 1996.
"Made Of Scars was written in 1996 but didn’t get recorded for the 1st time until summer of 2000. For whatever reason, it did not make the self titled record but would make it on the Come What(ever) May record."
Come What(ever) May would go on to sell over 1 million copies and be certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Stone Sour is planning on releasing a rarities and demo album sometime this summer, but has no plans for a new album anytime soon.
