Abigail Williams dropped arguably their best record, titled The Accuser, in 2015. The band followed that up with a demo track called "Final Departure" in 2016, and in 2017 vocalist Ken Sorceron joined The Faceless. Sorceron has since quit the band, and has become the only member of Abigail Williams.
According to Sorceron via the Abigail Williams Facebook, he's finishing up tracking the album now and will soon ship it off to Lasse Lammert (Warrel Dane, Alestorm) for mixing. No word on if Sorceron has yet recruited a new lineup and if the new album is still coming out via Blood Music.
Quick update: New album is less than a week from being completely tracked and then goes off to Lasse Lammert / LSD-Studio for mixing. Album title and artwork will be revealed soon after mixing and I promise to start posting more on here when this is finished because the last few years I left it up to other people and very much have neglected it for a while.
