Legend Of The Seagullmen will be making its debut live performance with Primus at the Fox Theater on December 31 in Oakland, California. The band was originally a duo of Tool drummer Danny Carey and Mastodon guitarist and vocalist Brent Hinds, though the band's lineup has been expanded quite a bit for the performance.
Added to the lineup is vocalist David "Dr. Dreyer" Dreyer, Jonah Hex director Jimmy Hayward on guitar and vocals, guitarist Tim Dawson, Giraffe Tongue Orchestra bassist Pete Griffin (seemingly replacing Queens Of The Stone Age guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen, who was originally attached), and keyboardist Chris Digiovanni.
No word on if all these members are just live members or official ones. We're also awaiting word on the debut album from the band, which it describes as "Massive Powerful Legendary Rock & Roll Shit." Legend Of The Seagullmen will be making its debut live performance with Primus at the Fox Theater on December 31 in Oakland, California.
