It took four years between albums, but Abigail Williams released Walk Beyond the Dark in November 2019. Now it looks like we might get a follow-up as soon as this year.
Abigail Williams mastermind Ken Sorceron said that due to being quarantined and having his day job on hold, he's already written and is recording a brand new album. The new album might be out by the end of the year, according to Abigail Williams' record label Blood Music.
Abigail Williams was slated to hit the road with featuring Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Wolfheart, and Imperial Triumphant this year as a part of the Devastation on the Nation tour. That tour has been moved to 2021.
In light of worldwide touring cancellations and their day jobs being on hold, Abigail Williams said fuck it and wrote a new album. Currently in self isolation, recording their followup to "Walk Beyond the Dark." Possible release date by end of 2020. pic.twitter.com/qNSGV9H8cn
