As we await a potential Shadows Fall reunion, we've got something equally excellent to hold us over! Shadows Fall guitarists Jon Donais and Matt Bachand have reunited in a brand new band called Living Wreckage, with Donias on guitar and Bachand on bass. Joining the band will also be guitarist Matt LeBreton, who plays guitar in Downpour alongside Shadows Fall vocalist Brian Fair.
MetalSucks also points out Living Wreckage will be fronted by Jeff Gard, who was Fair's replacement in Death Ray Vision. Living Wreckage is basically Shadows Fall dudes and Shadows Fall-affiliated dudes, and we're all about that.
“I have been wanting to do a band of this style for a long time. Good ol’ hard rock / metal that fits somewhere between Skid Row and Pantera," said Donias. "I was lucky enough to find the perfect guys for this and it’s great to be playing original music again with my Shadows Fall bandmate Matt Bachand. I can’t wait to share some music with everyone!”
Vocalist Jeff Gard adds “We have a little something for everyone. Metal heads and rock purists alike can all come together to join the party!”
