The Atlas Moth has piqued my interested with their new album Old Believer. Not because I have enjoyed their music in the past but because they got creative their their artwork. The band took to Facebook to post the above artwork and then announced in the comments that the other half of the artwork would be revealed when you applied water to the physical copy. How cool is that?
It's awesome to see bands are getting creative with their packaging and marketing of their art, especially considering how the sales of physical copies are on the decline.
I guess we'll find out what the full album art for Old Believer looks like on June 10th, when it's released via Profound Lore Records.
