Tony Cavalero Cast As OZZY In MOTLEY CRUE Biopic The Dirt

He's not an Englishman, but he'll play one on TV.

The Dirt, the movie based on the tell-all autobiography by Motley Crue, recently cast it's main leads. Rapper Machine Gun Kelly has been cast as drummer Tommy Lee, English actor Douglas Booth has been cast as bassist Nikki Sixx, Daniel Webber (The Punisher) was cast as Vince Neil, and Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones) is Mick Mars.

Now they've cast Ozzy, and it's none other than actor Tony Cavalero.

MetalSucks makes two interesting points about Cavalero – he played Jack Black's character in the School Of Rock television show, and that there's a School Of Rock television show. So at least he's got a fairly energetic character down, but now he's got to play one on an inhuman amount of drugs and with an English accent. It should be interesting to say the least!

The Motley Crue movie will likely highlight the Crue's time on tour with the Prince of Darkness, opening for him, and sharing many crazy drug stories, like the one they revealed on their episode of Behind the Music.
